We are thrilled to kick off our next mentee cohort at Step Forward Academy this fall! Our latest cohort of mentees is a diverse group of resilient adults eager to accomplish their career goals. Each of our mentees will soon be paired with a career mentor who will guide them through their journey in our career development program.

A Mission That Transforms

  • More than 60 adults have completed our career development program to date.
  • Mentees who stay connected to our program and their mentors see an average wage increase of 20-30% within a year of completion.
  • Our Veterans program continues to offer support for those who have served in the armed forces as they transition into civilian careers.
