What Does It Look Like to Become a Mentor?
As a Mentor at Step Forward Academy, you will be paired with a Mentee to support them through a virtual, 7-step program that lasts 10 weeks.
You will help your mentee by:
- Exploring potential career opportunities
- Expanding their personal and professional network
- Setting goals and objectives for wage growth
- Career development and soft-skills training
Requirements:
- Meet for 30 Minutes with your Mentee each week for 3-Months
- Complete Mentor Training
- Making a Living Wage
