WOW! We are thrilled to recap and celebrate the remarkable achievements and lasting impact made by Step Forward Academy during the fiscal year of 2022-2023. As a nonprofit dedicated to workforce development, our mission is to help individuals earn a living wage through mentorship and career development. Thanks to the unwavering support and investment from individuals like you, 96 people took Step Forward Academy’s career and personality assessment, and over 60 mentees have completed our career development program.
