DIANA’S STORY
“My time at Step Forward Academy in the Spring cohort was a truly transformative experience. Over the course of 10 weeks, I gained invaluable skills, insights, and confidence that have helped me immensely in both my personal and professional life. What I learned most at Step Forward Academy was how to be a true leader – not just in title or position, but in actions and mindset. The program emphasized the importance of self-awareness, communication, and collaboration, and taught me practical strategies for cultivating these qualities in myself and others.
