Foley House

was the first Los Angeles County women’s residential program and was the first women’s Substance Use Disorder residential treatment program in Southern California to allow women to bring young children into treatment. Positive Steps program

provides residential substance use disorder treatment to homeless men, men with a long history of criminality and men at risk for HIV/AIDs.
